The Charles County Mobile Intensive Care Unit is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Life Member Mark Powers, who passed away on July 18, 2026.
Mark was a dedicated public servant who devoted more than 35 years of service to our community through both the Charles County Mobile Intensive Care Unit and the La Plata Police Department. His unwavering commitment, professionalism, and compassion touched countless lives, and his legacy of service will not be forgotten.
